Your eligibility for a refund depends on how far along your application is in the processing pipeline. All refund tiers below apply equally to Standard, Priority, and Express processing times.
A full refund of your processing fee is available if your application has not yet been reviewed by our team. This applies when your application status is:
A partial refund of 75% of the processing fee is available if our team has begun reviewing your application but it has not yet been submitted. This applies when your application status is:
No refund is available once your application has been submitted to the government or has been approved. This applies when your application status is:
If the UK government denies your application, we will refund 100% of the fee you paid to us. This applies when your application status is:
Our denial guarantee: The decision to approve or deny an application is made by the UK government and is outside of our control. However, if your application is denied, you are entitled to a full refund of the fee you paid to us. Refunds for denied applications must be requested within 30 days of the denial decision.

Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your refund and up to 14 business days (Monday through Friday) for the refund to appear in your account.
Once we approve your refund, the funds are released immediately to your payment provider. If you do not see the refund in your account after 14 business days, please contact your bank or card issuer.
